"ShoeCo" is a fictional company, that runs a chain of shoe stores. The site is developed by The Virtual Content Company, to demonstrate how a company might use mobile devices (SmartPhones, Blackberries, Palms, etc.) to train and equip their sales force in the field.

The back end of the learning system is a WordPress blog -- which can be public or private -- that tracks postings, comments, and how the knowledge is used.  Blog software is very simple to use.  This means that the learning curve is very quick for both the users and managers of the system.
